Exclusive! Kamya Panjabi To Be Featured In Zee TV’s New Offering, Details Inside

TV actress Kamya Panjabi has been predominantly known for playing grey shaded characters on TV. The actress was last seen in Colors’ Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki as Preeto and now months later the actress turned politician will soon be featured in Zee TV’s upcoming show titled ‘Sanjog’ in a very interesting character.

When we asked Kamya Panjabi about it and this is what she had to say, “Yes I will be seen in Zee TV’s new show called Sanjog. Its been a while since I have been in a TV show, I’ve had plenty of offers from different soap operas but this show’s concept and character fascinated me and I am very keen to be a part of it.”

We asked her what is the storyline going to be and this is what she shared, “The storyline will revolve around two mothers who are poles apart, Gauri and Amrita. I will be playing Gauri, who is independent and likes to live in luxury. Its going to be a family drama that people will love watching.” She further added, “Even actresses like Vaishali Thakkar and Shefali Sharma will be featuring in the show with me, there are other actors too but I’m not sure who are roped in apart from these two.”

Kamya Panjabi has always been known for not shying away when it comes to voicing out her opinions on certain situations. Few months back, she grabbed headlines for commenting on a questionable scene that went viral on social media in Colors’ Swaran Ghar i.e. the dupatta scene. Well we cannot wait to see what Kamya Punjab’s new show has in store for us.
