Shri Dadasaheb Phalke International Film & TV Awards 2022: Rajan Shahi won multiple awards for broadcast shows

Whether it’s lavish sets, a spectacular script, or a compelling story, when it comes to entertaining on the small screen, no one beats producer Rajan Shahi.

The producer currently has several programs on the air and has won awards at the Shri Dadasaheb Phalke International Film & TV Awards 2022. The producers of Shahi; DKP and Shahi Productions took home three awards at the ceremony. His flagship show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai won the award for Longest Running Hindi TV Show in 2022. The show has been airing since 2009 and has been successful in capturing audience interest.

Many big names have been associated with the show over the years. The current main cast includes Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathore.

His show in Marathi; Aai Kuthey Kai Kartey won the Best Marathi Serial Award in 2022. The show stars Madhurani Gokhale Prabhulkar as Arundhati, the lead role of the show, and has been loved by everyone since its inception. The show draws attention to the struggle of an Indian housewife who faces the trials and tribulations of life and takes a stand.

Well her Hindi show Anupamaa co-produced by mother Deepa Shahi is no less! The show won the award for Best Hindi Show 2022. Starring Rupali Ganguly, the show is all about courage and conviction. 

It’s about a housewife who finally stands up to those who have wronged her, becoming an inspiring ray of hope for many viewers who watch and identify with her. An ecstatic Rajan says he’s never had more can expect.
